Laiwu sausage, also called Nanchang, is a famous Shunxiangzhai. The founder of Shunxiangzhai is Su Zhiting, a native of Licheng, Jinan. His ancestors were in the sausage business, but the business was not very good. In the late Qing Dynasty, Su Zhiting's family moved to Boshan. At that time, Boshan was already a prosperous city, with developed handicrafts, workshops all over the streets and lanes, and an endless stream of businessmen. But after several years, business has not improved much. Su Zhiting moved to Sikou in the north of Laiwu, which is today's town. Tusikou is a famous market town in history, and the Song Dynasty was the main distribution center of Qilu silk. Although the spinneret in the late Qing Dynasty has declined, it is not as prosperous as Boshan Jinan, but it is still a lively place. It was here that Su Zhiting created Shunxiangzhai and Laiwu sausages. Laiwu sausage
