1. Check whether Gear S2 is disconnected from the mobile phone.
2. Restart Gear S2, turn on the pedometer in the mobile phone-click the screen-click "Start".
3. Reset gear S2
4. Update Gear S2 software, update it through Gear Manager or connect a computer to try to update it with Kies software.
If the problem still exists, it is recommended to send the mobile phone and Gear S2 to your nearest after-sales service center for testing.
