Opening a tea shop requires a business license for individual industrial and commercial households and a food business license. Among them, health certificate is one of the documents that need to be provided when handling food business license, and food hygiene license has been replaced by food business license.
To apply for a food business license according to Article 12 of the Measures for the Administration of Food Business License, the following materials shall be submitted to the local food and drug supervision and administration department at or above the county level where the applicant is located:
1. An application for a food business license,
(2) A copy of the business license or other qualification certificates,
(3) documents such as the layout of major equipment and facilities and operating procedures that are suitable for food business,
(four) food safety self-inspection, health management of employees, incoming inspection records, food safety accident handling and other rules and regulations to ensure food safety.
