Combined with my own practice in school moral education, talk about my own experience and encourage everyone. First, strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the overall level. Teachers who want to be engineers of students' souls should have noble moral sentiments, manage the country by virtue and educate people by virtue. Therefore, our school attaches great importance to the improvement of teachers' own quality in strengthening the construction of teachers. The first is to improve various rules and regulations. On the basis of the original system, combined with the actual situation of the school, the school has incorporated teachers' teaching achievements, teaching behavior and work discipline into the detailed rules for the evaluation of teachers' work, standardized teachers' words and deeds through the system, and strengthened the construction of teachers' team, so that teachers can effectively play their exemplary role as teachers. The second is to strengthen teachers' theoretical study. The school attaches great importance to teachers' educational theory learning and professional training. Combined with the actual situation of our school, we adhere to the working concept of giving priority to education and prevention, establish and improve the legal education institutions of our school, and set up a legal leading group with the principal as the leader and the secretary, vice president of moral education, brigade counselor and class teacher as members to regularly educate students on the legal system. In addition, our school also uses the school board newspaper, class meeting, campus broadcast and other forms to educate students on laws and regulations in time and strictly implement the school's legal education. The fourth is to grasp the transformation of poor students.
