1, measure health. See if there is a yellow or red warning. Focus on 05, C4, C5 and C7, as long as there is no number or the number is not too big. If it is a new hard disk, check the boot times. If the quantity is large, it is returned.
2. Conduct error scanning. Don't do it fast, do a comprehensive error scan to see if there are any red bad tracks. If there is a bad road, it can be repaired with mhdd or diskgenius. If there are many bad tracks, this disk won't last long. Back up important data in time, and change the disk if there are too many hard disk problems.
3. Run the speed test to see if the curve is smooth. Mechanical hard disks generally decline steadily and continuously. See how many ups and downs there are and whether the minimum speed is particularly low. The speed fluctuation is too large, which means that the performance of the disk will be greatly reduced. If the minimum speed is extremely low, the disk won't last long.
