Professor Chen Jingxian from the Institute of Nutrition of Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences is aiming at the influence of drinking water boiled in cast iron basin on the heart. After 90 days of animal experiments, it was found that the antioxidant enzymes in the heart of the rats in the experimental group were improved after drinking the water boiled in the cast iron pot.
