What should I do if I always say that there is something wrong with my ID number when typing the health code?

1. First, click the mobile phone desktop to open Alipay app.

2. After entering the Alipay homepage, find the health code entrance, as shown in the figure below.

3. Then click to open the local health code, and now click View.

4. After entering the health code, we click on a small icon with eyes closed above, as shown in the figure.

5. After opening, information such as ID number will be displayed.
