Latest epidemic prevention regulations for entry and exit Wuhan in 2022

Recently, the epidemic situation in China is more serious, and many local confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected people have been added. Now the epidemic prevention requirements for entering and leaving Wuhan have also changed. Wuhan CDC has issued health tips to Chinese people! See below for details.

Epidemic prevention requirements for migrants (returnees): At present, the global epidemic situation is still in the epidemic stage, and the epidemic situation in neighboring countries and regions is in an outbreak state. The number of newly confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected people in China has increased rapidly, and the epidemic situation has spread in many places, further expanding the scope of transmission. In some areas, community communication has not been blocked, and spillover cases have been reported. The situation of prevention and control is severe and complicated, and the investment in external defense continues to be under pressure. In order to do a good job in the prevention and control of normalized epidemic situation in our city and reduce the risk of epidemic spread, Wuhan CDC has always issued health tips to (back to) Chinese personnel!

1, report the trip in advance

Persons who meet the following conditions:

Persons who have lived abroad in the past 28 days or in the middle and high risk areas and their counties (cities, districts, banners), closed control areas and control areas in the past 14 days,

People who overlap the trajectory of infected people,

Persons whose health codes are "red team" and "Yellow Code" and whose city names are marked with "*" before 14 days of travel card,

High-risk professionals and other key (returning) personnel,

We must take the initiative to report to the community (village), work unit or hotel where we live, actively inform the relevant living history, and actively cooperate with information registration, nucleic acid detection, medical observation and other prevention and control measures.

2, aware of management requirements

For those who have lived in high-risk areas in China, they came to Han and returned from Han.

After the centralized isolation medical observation was carried out 14 days after leaving the local area, the isolation measures were automatically lifted after the middle and high risk areas were lifted.

For those who come to (return to) Han, they are in the control area determined by the Hubei Provincial Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters.

Centralized isolation medical observation left the local 14 days, and the control area can be inquired in the client-local prevention and control policy of the State Council (non-medium-high risk area). After the control area is adjusted, the relevant health management measures and time will be adjusted accordingly.

If there are airports or railway stations in the control area designated by our province that are not affected by the local epidemic, those who come to Han and return to Han by car (plane) or transfer (plane).

When the body temperature, health code and travel code are normal, check the negative certificate of nucleic acid test for 48 hours, carry out the landing nucleic acid test, and include it in the community health monitoring until 14 days after leaving the local area.

3. Timely nucleic acid detection

All foreigners (hui) Han people in the province are required to provide 48-hour negative proof of nucleic acid test, complete a nucleic acid test on the spot as soon as they arrive in Wuhan, and conduct a nucleic acid test again on the third day after arriving in Wuhan, and strictly implement "three days and two tests".

4, do a good job in personal protection

Prepare protective articles such as masks and hand sanitizers in advance on the way to (back to) Han, and do personal protection. Wear a mask correctly in public places with crowded indoor and outdoor people, when taking public transport or in close contact with others, and always do a good job in hand hygiene.

Continue to monitor the health of you and your family. If you find suspicious symptoms such as fever and dry cough before going out, you should stop your trip and go to the fever clinic of a medical institution for medical investigation as soon as possible. If the above suspicious symptoms appear during the trip, you should go to the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution as soon as possible; After returning to Han, if there are abnormal symptoms, go to the fever clinic of the medical institution in time and take the initiative to inform the relevant life history.
