My friend, a dance expert, belongs to a man with a big skeleton. After the tragedy caused by diet pills, she began to control her diet. An egg, a glass of milk or a banana every morning. There are only boiled vegetables at noon and no rice at night. They do physical exercise every morning, rehearse dancing or practice solo dancing in the afternoon. After a day's training, I am too tired to lift my legs. Dance is very hot for my body, especially after continuous dance training every day. When the intake is far less than the consumption, there is no need to exercise.

We usually say that we are in poor shape and cry for losing weight every day.
