What jobs do people who don't need health certificates have?

For example, sales jobs, teachers, civil servants, staff of enterprises and institutions, and construction workers are not needed.

No health certificate is required except for the following work:

Personnel engaged in the production and operation of food and drinking water, cosmetics producers, and personnel who directly serve customers in public places. Anyone who suffers from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis and other digestive tract infectious diseases (except pathogen carriers), active pulmonary tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder food hygiene and public health shall not engage in jobs that they are not allowed to engage in before being cured.
