(1) An application for a food production license;
(2) A copy of the business license;
(3) the plan of the food production and processing place and its surrounding environment, the layout of each functional area, the layout of process equipment and the flow chart of food production process;
(4) List of major equipment and facilities for food production;
(5) Rules and regulations for ensuring food safety, such as incoming inspection records, production process control, ex-factory inspection records, food safety self-inspection, health management of employees, recall of unsafe food, and handling of food safety accidents.
Second, auditing.
After the enterprise materials are qualified, they can be sent to the site for verification within 20 working days.
Third, authentication.
The food production license can be obtained within 60 working days after passing the on-site inspection.

The Measures for the Administration of Food Production License stipulates that:
Article 41 Where a food producer terminates food production, withdraws or revokes a food production license or revokes a food production license, it shall apply to the food and drug supervision and administration department that originally issued the license for cancellation within 30 working days.
Article 45 The local food and drug supervision and administration departments at or above the county level shall record the issuance of food production licenses, inspection of licensing items, daily supervision and inspection, and investigation of illegal licensing behaviors in the food safety credit files of food producers, and announce them to the public according to law; Food producers with bad credit records should increase the frequency of supervision and inspection.
