There is also a kind of health pillow that plays a health care role through special fillers, such as pillows filled with various medicinal materials. When people put it on the pillow, they will smell all kinds of fragrance from the medicinal materials, which can make people more calm when sleeping.
As an important sleeping tool, the shape and material of pillow should be very particular. First of all, the pillow should be kept at a certain height, which requires the pillow to use fillers with moderate hardness. If it is too soft, it is difficult to ensure the proper height of the pillow, but it is too hard and unhealthy. Secondly, pillows should ensure good breathability and elasticity, pillows with poor elasticity are easy to deform, and pillows with poor breathability can easily lead to difficulty in breathing during sleep. Finally, the cleanliness of the pillow is also very important. Cleaning pillows regularly can fundamentally ensure our health.
