How to achieve a reasonable diet?

There should be all kinds of food every day. Vegetables include leafy vegetables, mushrooms, potatoes, melons/eggplant, and meat should include red meat and white meat.

Colors include red, yellow, green, white and black/purple.

Don't eat or eat less junk food.
