First, centralized isolation personnel shall pay the relevant expenses borne by individuals according to regulations. Refusing to pay, the centralized isolation place management unit shall apply to the relevant departments for inclusion in the list of untrustworthy persons or pursue relevant legal responsibilities according to legal procedures.
Second, centralized quarantine personnel must obey the management. If the epidemic situation spreads or is in danger of spreading due to disobedience to the management, the parties concerned shall be investigated for legal responsibility according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment and the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
