Can enterprises check employees' health codes?

Generally speaking, formal and qualified enterprises all follow the process. If the enterprise is instructed by the government department and has the right to check the health code and travel code within the enterprise, employees naturally have the obligation to accept the inspection.

In the context of epidemic prevention, it is also in line with the enterprise's own operating conditions and interests to check employees' health codes, and as on-the-job employees, they are also obliged to cooperate with the inspection.

However, in enterprises with poor qualifications and informal qualifications, we should not force inspection for improper reasons, nor should we unconditionally inspect goods with arbitrary instructions, which is impossible.

In short, the inspection of health code and travel code should be legal and compliant, follow the rules, be reasonable and beneficial, and conform to common sense.
