Strictly control personnel from high-risk areas to enter Beijing, restrict personnel from areas with cases to enter Beijing, and suspend trains and buses for flights to Beijing. All foreigners who enter (return) Beijing are identified as close contacts and sub-close contacts. In addition to self-isolation, they will be supervised by their work units and communities (villages) for one week and will not participate in any gathering activities. Returnees to Beijing can only come to Beijing with the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before boarding the plane and the green code of "Beijing Health Treasure", and have a nucleic acid test within 72 hours after arriving in Beijing (commuters follow the existing policy). People returning to Beijing will not have dinner or get together within 7 days after arriving in Beijing, and advocate working from home. People returning to Beijing must hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before boarding the plane and the green code of "Beijing Health Treasure"; Since May 5th, commuters are required to enter and leave Beijing for the first time with negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and enter and leave Beijing with negative nucleic acid test certificate and "Beijing Health Treasure" green code within 7 days. Non-green code personnel are strictly prohibited from entering and leaving Beijing, and the relevant regulations on community prevention and control are uniformly implemented. Since May of 19, commuters in Beijing and Tianjin have to hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours every time they enter or leave Beijing. Within 14 days, the number of counties (cities, districts and banners) infected in COVID-19 has exceeded 1 case (including 1 case), and it is strictly restricted to enter (return to) Beijing.

All units and individuals within the territory of People's Republic of China (PRC) must accept the investigation, inspection, sample collection and isolation treatment of infectious diseases by disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions, and provide relevant information truthfully. Disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions shall not disclose relevant information and materials involving personal privacy. Where the administrative department of health and other relevant departments, disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions illegally implement administrative management or prevention and control measures and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of units and individuals, the relevant units and individuals may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring a lawsuit according to law.
