Many friends ignore good behavior habits in their lives, and often have some bad behavior habits, which do bad harm to their health. There are eight misunderstandings in living habits:
First, eat when you are hungry. Many friends in life can't eat on time, or eat when they are hungry because they are not hungry. Some friends often finish their work before eating, which is unscientific. Food stays in the stomach for only 4-5 hours, and when we feel hungry, our appetite has long been exhausted. Water is the source of life and is more important than food in the process of human metabolism. Physiologists tell us that each adult needs about 1500-2000 ml of water every day. Drinking a glass of water after getting up in the morning or one hour before meals is good for your health. Water can not only rinse the gastrointestinal tract, but also help digestion and promote appetite. The survey shows that the incidence of constipation and stones in people with regular drinking habits is significantly lower than that in people with irregular drinking habits. Drinking water also plays a positive role in preventing myocardial infarction, stroke and other diseases.
Third, rest when you are tired. Rest when you are tired, which was handed down by your ancestors. Many friends have been like this all their lives. These friends think that they should rest only when they feel tired. In fact, when I feel tired, I am already quite tired. Excessive fatigue is easy to break down from constant overwork, which reduces human immunity and allows diseases to take advantage of it. Whether it is mental work or manual work, you should have a proper rest after working continuously for a period of time.
Fourth, sleep only when you are sleepy. Some friends think that they should go to bed only when they feel sleepy. In fact, drowsiness is a sign of brain fatigue. You shouldn't wait until then to go to bed. The good habit of going to bed on time can not only protect the brain, but also make people fall asleep easily, improve the quality of sleep and reduce the occurrence of insomnia. About13 of a person's life is spent in sleep. Sleep is a physiological process of human metabolism. To maintain the normal operation of the sleep biological clock, it is necessary to sleep regularly and ensure that the sleep time is not less than 7 hours every day.
Fifth, urgency. Many friends only go to the toilet when the feeling of urinating is very obvious. I don't even understand, but I'd rather hold it. Doing so is extremely harmful to health. Urine and urine stay in the body for a long time, which is very easy to cause constipation or excessive bladder filling. Toxic substances in feces and urine are constantly reabsorbed by the human body, which can easily lead to "self-poisoning". Therefore, developing the habit of defecation on time can reduce the incidence of hemorrhoids, constipation and colorectal cancer.
Sixth, only when you are fat. With the improvement of living standards and lifestyle changes, more and more friends tend to be obese. Many experts believe that the main causes of obesity are overeating, overnutrition and lack of exercise. Many friends spend a lot of money and time to lose weight after obesity, which is very uneconomical. In fact, any means of losing weight at present is very limited. Because losing weight afterwards is not as good as preventing it beforehand, we can prevent it before being overweight. For example, control and adjust diet, prevent overeating, strengthen physical exercise and so on.
Seven, only when you are sick. "Everything is established in advance, and it will be abolished if it is not predicted", and health medicine also takes prevention as the first line of defense. When the disease is already in the body, it has already caused harm to the body. At this time, the cost of treatment may be huge. In fact, there are signals before the disease is formed, and the sub-health state we often say is the signal. Once you enter the sub-health state, you should pay attention. There are many diseases, and it is difficult to find them early only by self-feeling. Only by going to the hospital regularly for health examination can we find and treat early. A considerable number of friends usually think that they are not sick. When they go to the hospital for examination, they find some hepatitis, tuberculosis, hypertension, heart disease and diabetes, including many cancers that can be found early by routine examination. It can be seen how important it is for middle-aged friends to seek medical treatment without illness and insist on going to the hospital for physical examination regularly.
Eight, exercise when you are old. Among the people who do morning exercises every day, if we pay a little attention, we will find that most of them are old people and few middle-aged friends. Many middle-aged friends have no subjective consciousness of active exercise. Because of this, some diseases happen to middle-aged friends prematurely. Diabetes complicated with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease and other senile diseases are getting younger and younger, and the prevalence of fatty liver among middle-aged friends is even more alarming. This is directly related to middle-aged friends who don't take part in sports, eat too much and often drink.
In addition to correcting and avoiding the above habits and misunderstandings, we should also consciously develop good living habits and behavior habits.
