Right to development and health

Article 54 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child contains the substantive article 4 1, which mentions dozens of children's rights, such as the right to name, nationality, education, health, medical care, parental care, entertainment, leisure, privacy and expression. But its most basic rights can be summarized as four kinds, namely:

Right to life-Every child has an inherent right to life and health.

The right to development-the right to fully develop all their physical health and intelligence.

Right to protection-the right to personal development without harm.

The right to participate-the right to participate in family, cultural and social life.
