What is the standard for changing toilets in rural areas?

According to the deployment of national Ivy office and the actual needs of local Ivy offices at all levels, China Center for Disease Control and Prevention is responsible for providing irregular technical guidance on toilet improvement in rural areas. Provincial and municipal disease prevention and control institutions undertake technical guidance, technical training, monitoring and hygienic evaluation of the harmless effect of feces in rural areas under their jurisdiction. Detection, analysis and evaluation methods should be implemented in accordance with the hygienic standards for harmless feces. County-level disease prevention and control institutions are responsible for the technical work of rural toilet improvement in this area, including technical training for construction units and individuals, acceptance personnel, grassroots cadres and other related personnel, and assigning professional and technical personnel to undertake relevant health education work. The technical training contents include: the principle of fecal harmlessness, toilet construction technology, toilet use and management requirements, on-site inspection and acceptance methods of toilet construction quality, toilet hygiene evaluation methods, toilet improvement, intestinal infectious diseases and other related health knowledge and communication skills.
