The World Health Organization has formulated seven criteria for mental health: first, good intelligence. Most of the intelligence we generally understand refers to intelligence, not intelligence. Intelligence is the combination of people's ability to understand objective things and their ability to solve problems by using knowledge, experience and skills. A good intellectual combination is now two spirits and four abilities. That is, scientific spirit, humanistic spirit and the ability to find, understand, analyze and solve problems.
Second, be good at coordinating and controlling your emotions. Emotion is the external reflection of people's inner experience of understanding objective things. People's emotional activities should be tendentious and express their emotions. Must be in harmony with the external environment, cheerful and optimistic.
Third, it has good will quality. Will is the ability to overcome difficulties actively in order to achieve a set goal. A good will has four characteristics. First, the purpose should be reasonable; Second, we should learn to adjust our expectations and some mentality; Third, we should cultivate our own firmness and consciousness; Fourth, we should cultivate our own determination and self-control.
Fourth, interpersonal harmony. First, we should have a relatively stable and extensive interpersonal circle; Second, interpersonal communication should think independently, maintain an independent and complete personality, and not follow others' advice or blindly follow others' advice; Third, we should pay attention to be lenient with others in interpersonal communication; Fourth, interpersonal communication should be proactive and honest.
Fifth, actively adapt to and transform the real environment. Adapting to society is absolute, transforming society is relative, and the focus is adaptation. Only on the basis of adaptation can local transformation be carried out.
Sixth, we must ensure the integrity and health of personality. Personality is the general psychological tendency of people in social life, which is reflected in three aspects: first, the constituent elements should be complete and not defective; Second, the same personality, can not be confused, physical me and psychological me must be a person, can not be separated; The third is to have a positive outlook on life.
Seventh, psychological age and physiological age should be adapted. The general psychological characteristics of a mentally healthy person are roughly consistent with the psychological characteristics of his age. This can be judged from three aspects: whether there is unity between psychological activities and the external environment, whether their words and deeds are too bizarre and out of line; Second, whether psychological activities are complete and coordinated, and whether his cognitive process, emotional experience and will behavior are coordinated; Third, whether the psychological activity itself is unified and whether his personality psychological characteristics are relatively stable. If the physical development is ahead and the psychological development is behind, or the psychological development is ahead and the physical development is behind, then the ability to cope with changes in social life is poor, and you need to adjust yourself.
