I. Registration conditions
School-age children born before August 3, 2009, Kloc-0, who have normal learning ability, can enjoy compulsory education in the teaching area where the residential property, family account and actual address under the name of the child's guardian (parents) are unified.
Where grandpa's, grandma's, grandpa's and grandma's real estate is used for registration, it is required that the household registration of children's families shall not be moved, and they shall always be in the same household registration with the elderly and their real estate, and the guardians of children and their families have no other residential property rights in Qinghe District, Qingpu District, Development Zone and Huaiyin District. Anyone who belongs to this category needs to provide a recent certificate of no room issued by the full-time real estate management department of the above four districts.

(1) Pre-examination and issuance number
