How to drink water is healthy?

We drink water every day, but why do we drink water just to quench our thirst? What kind of water should I drink if I want to drink water?

Everyone knows that water is the source of life. Let's think about it. In nature, people, plants, animals and even small bacteria and viruses can't survive without water. In other words, water is very important to any life. Water sustains life. Man can live without food, but he can't live without water.

1. Did you choose water to quench your thirst?

Everyone is drinking water, but many people don't choose what water to drink. Why? Because there are many kinds of water to drink, which confuse our eyes, but not our bodies. It is our body cells, not your mouth and brain, that decide whether to hydrolyze or not to quench your thirst.

We use the experiment of drinking radish water to see what kind of water cells like to drink. Radish is used because it is made up of cells like our body. In addition, radish itself contains enough water, so we can just see if cells can still drink water without water shortage.

The experimental materials prepared are:

Water: 50 ml of boiled water and 50 ml of sugar water (the concentration is 100 ml of water and 17 g of sugar, and the measuring cylinder with sugar water is on the left).

White radish: Chopped and divided into 60g portions and * * * portions.

Beverage bottles: 2

Measuring cylinder: 2

Then, start our experiment.

1, put 60 grams of broken radish into a beverage bottle;

2. Pour 50 ml of water into their respective beverage bottles;

3. After tightening the bottle cap, shake the water bottle up and down 50 times with both hands at the same time, so that the radish and water can be fully integrated, which also simulates the movement and digestion process of water;

4. Let the water bottle stand for 5 minutes to simulate the water absorption process;

5. Drainage. In order to ensure the rigor of the experiment, there can be no watering. Here, the pre-set air holes on the bottle cap and bottle body are opened by using the principle of atmospheric pressure, which is convenient for water to flow out and enter the measuring cylinder;

6. Read the water output of white water and sugar water respectively. On the left is 55 ml of sugar water and on the right is 46 ml of white water.

Experimental analysis:

Through the discharged water, we can visually see the following table.

Before the experiment

After the experiment,

plain boiled water

50 ml

46 ml

medicinal syrup

50 ml

55 ml

Why is there more or less water? Where did more water come from and where did less water go? It turns out that there is plenty of sugar water, so the radish itself is sucked out, and the radish drinks less water. So, everyone said, what kind of water is the real thirst-quenching water? Through this experiment, we can clearly see that sugar water not only does not quench our thirst, but also sucks out the water stored in our body. Then the purpose of drinking water to quench our thirst has not been achieved, but it has made our body more dehydrated.

Second, how to drink water is healthy?

1. Drink at least 1200ml of water every day.

This is because people lose about 2500ml of water from their bodies every day, and what we get is1000 ml; Absorb water from food. The endogenous water produced by body metabolism is about 300ml. In order to achieve the balance of entry and exit, we need to supplement at least 1200ml of water to maintain the balance of entry and exit of water in the body. In addition, drink water in time after hot weather and exercise, and the amount of drinking water should generally reach 2 liters to 3 liters.

2, take the initiative to drink water, don't wait for thirst!

When you feel thirsty, our body is already 2% short of water. If the body is short of water 10%, there may be a big problem. Therefore, if you love yourself and your family, you should drink water at any time.

3, a small amount of drinking for many times, drinking about 200ml each time.

Drink about 200ml of water every time, slowly, and let the water be fully absorbed in the intestine. Generally speaking, the food intake is inversely proportional to the absorption rate. Therefore, if you drink a lot of water at a time, you will absorb less. On the other hand, it is a waste of water. Do you remember to drink water slowly several times?

After reading today's experimental results, do you know what water to drink when you are thirsty? By the way, if you are thirsty, please drink boiled water, because boiled water has been disinfected at high temperature and its water quality has been improved. At the same time, it also retains the original minerals in the water. The most important thing is that boiled water is the most economical and practical, and it is the best drinking water for ordinary people.
