I like bread and milk very much. I eat them for breakfast. They give me energy. They are very healthy. This meal helps me start a new day. I like ham hamburgers, but I don't eat them anymore. I eat rice, fish and vegetables, and I often eat an apple for lunch. I like apples best. They are good for me. This meal gave me energy to play football in the afternoon and afterwards.
For dinner, I often eat soup, meat and vegetables. I like vegetables best, because I need a lot of vitamins to stay healthy. I also drink a lot of water every day. This is very important to me. There are no calories in the water. I won't get fat after drinking it.
