Buy a fresh pineapple first, preferably the fatter one. Take out the meat inside and put it in a small bowl (it is useful in the back). Then cook the glutinous rice for a few minutes. Stir glutinous rice, mung beans, corn kernels, medlar and pineapple kernels with pineapple juice, and don't forget to add some sugar. Then put it in the pineapple dug in advance. Seal the beginning with a small toothpick and steam it in a pot. It will take about 30 minutes. It's delicious.
Simple method of pineapple rice
Clean a pineapple, not too big, just ordinary.
First cut off the top cover with a knife, don't drop it, and then slowly dig out the pulp with a knife.
