In addition, parents' understanding of mental health is seriously insufficient, and mental health education is difficult. Therefore, only when students, teachers, parents and society fully realize the value of mental health education can we give full play to the initiative of education and educatees and promote the healthy development of mental education.

The key is that some psychological problems are not easy to find. For example, psychological problems caused by conflicts with parents are deeply hidden and difficult to find. Nowadays, there are more and more single-parent families in society, and the influence of incomplete families on students is even more unforgettable. They often have strong conflicts with their parents at home, some of which are so serious that they can't listen and often quarrel. In this case, if not handled in time, his study will be affected temporarily, and his mental development will be distorted, which will affect his outlook on life and values.
Finally, adults seem to be small things, and the psychological problems caused by these small things are not easy to find, because for normal people, this is nothing at all. But in the young mind of an emotional student, this is a dangerous factor. I was deeply hurt by a teacher's words in high school, so I attached great importance to this issue in the process of education. In order to understand the problems among students more timely and comprehensively, I will give the whole school at least one psychological counseling class every semester, on the one hand, I will know the students' trends in time, on the other hand, I will better integrate into the students and enter their hearts. In addition to the concentrated psychological counseling before the exam, according to the different moods of individual students before the exam, I also take different ways to eliminate students' bad moods and make them full of confidence in victory.
For students with good academic performance, it is not without psychological counseling. They also have psychological problems. In 2008, the student who ranked first in the liberal arts examination in a key high school sat in the examination room without writing a word because of too much pressure. There are many reasons, but in general, they are all due to: one is the excessive contempt for examination questions, the other is the fear after seeing difficult problems, and the third is the inability to let go of occasional mistakes. Therefore, the guidance of such students should cover the whole process of entering and leaving the examination room. Some teachers and parents attach importance to counseling in the examination room, but not to counseling outside the examination room.
