Comments on the lectures on adolescent mental health education.
People always have certain needs, desires and expectations in society. People's expectations or desires often exist outside the realistic conditions. Due to the constraints of realistic conditions, in most cases, setbacks are inevitable. As teenagers, we should learn to treat adversity and failure correctly and cultivate indomitable spirit. Moreover, first of all, we should know how to evaluate ourselves objectively, have an objective and clear goal in life, and don't demand what we can't do, so that we can grow up healthily step by step in a happy mood. Secondly, when communicating with people, we should express ourselves in verbal and nonverbal ways, express our views, wishes and needs, avoid misunderstanding and suspicion, form good interpersonal relationships, make more friends, make them know how to live in harmony, be friendly and self-restrained, and adopt a tolerant, just, reasonable and restrained attitude towards problems and contradictions in interpersonal communication. Respect others, trust others, support and encourage each other with people around you. Thirdly, we should cultivate ourselves to learn how to relieve mental stress, especially how to vent and relax some depressed things, so as to maintain a psychological balance and a good attitude, not only to get pleasure from emotions, but also to have the ability to deal with difficulties calmly. And we should learn to put ourselves in the other's shoes and actively think of various ways to avoid extreme language and behavior when encountering problems. The most important thing is to have awe everywhere, always be grateful and always express your blessings.
