Chinese food: rice 150g, fried green pepper slices, vinegar-preserved Chinese cabbage, pickled shrimps, egg drop soup.
Dinner: 1 steamed buns, sweet and sour radish, diced lettuce and shredded tomato soup.
Example 3
Breakfast: 1 bottle of milk, 2 pieces of baked steamed bread, 1 fried egg.
Chinese food: rice 150g, scallop and Chinese cabbage, fried celery with dried bean curd and shredded pork, and hawthorn mixed soup.
Dinner: Melaleuca or shortcake, tomato with pot collapse, shredded mung bean sprouts, seaweed soup with shrimp skin, 1 apple.
Second, three meals a day in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy

Breakfast: sweet soybean milk 1 bowl, 50g sesame seed cake, 50g bean bag, and eggs 1 piece.
Chinese food: steamed bread 150g, red bean rice porridge 50g, fried spinach with lean meat, and roasted tofu with beef.
