Have one of the following conditions, can declare the level 3/senior workers:
(1) Obtained the level-4/intermediate vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of relevant occupation, and worked in this occupation or related occupations for more than 5 years (inclusive).
(2) College degree or above in this major or related major (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained graduation certificates).
(3) have a college degree or above in a non-related major and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 2 years (inclusive).
(4) Have a technical secondary school degree or above in this major or related major, and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupation for more than 3 years (inclusive).
2. Application conditions for Grade II Health Manager
(1) Having worked in this occupation or related occupation for more than 4 years (inclusive) after obtaining the third-class/advanced vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of this occupation or related occupation.

Health Manager Registration Process
1. Registered organization designated by the health manager.
2. Fill in and submit the application online, and then submit the application materials;
(a) personal application form for professional skill appraisal in the health and family planning industry;
(two) the front and back of the candidate's ID card, academic qualifications and professional certificates, and the original photos or scanned copies of the work experience certificate of the unit;
(3) The recent 2-inch electronic photos must be named after the ID number, with the format of JPG or JPEG and the size of15-40KB;

3. Apply for registration in advance, distribute teaching materials and electronic test questions, and apply for admission tickets and test papers;
