Nurse qualification certificate is the professional title certificate of nurses, including junior nurse and nurse qualification certificate, intermediate nurse qualification certificate and senior nurse qualification certificate. The proof of affiliation is that the nursing candidates are registered in the medical unit after passing the nurse qualification examination, and I am not engaged in nursing work in this unit.
Nurses and medical staff are not recommended to attach certificates for the following reasons:
1, after the implementation of electronic registration, the examination of registration becomes more and more strict, and medical personnel who provide false electronic registration information will be dealt with seriously, which is very risky;
2. In principle, the Health and Wellness Committee is not allowed to attach certificates. Once found, they may be disqualified as nurses;
3. If there is a medical accident due to the registration certificate of the undocumented person for medical treatment, it is necessary to bear the corresponding punishment such as compensation and detention, and the personal integrity file and related life activities will be affected.
Article 5 To apply for nurse practice registration, the following conditions shall be met:
(1) Having full capacity for civil conduct;
(2) Having completed the general full-time courses of nursing and midwifery prescribed by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health in secondary vocational schools and institutions of higher learning for more than 3 years, including completing nursing clinical practice for more than 8 months in teaching and general hospitals, and obtaining corresponding academic certificates;
(3) Having passed the nurse qualification examination organized by the Ministry of Health;
(4) meeting the health standards stipulated in Article 6 of these Measures.
Fifteenth in any of the following circumstances, intends to practice in medical and health institutions, should re apply for registration:
(a) the registration period expires without renewal;
(2) Two years from the date of revocation of the nurse's practice certificate.
To re-apply for registration, materials shall be submitted in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of these Measures; If the practice of nursing has been interrupted for more than 3 years, a certificate that he has received clinical nursing training for 3 months in a teaching and general hospital designated by the health administrative department of the people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government and passed the examination shall also be submitted.
