Legal analysis: 1. Before entering the station, passengers should call out the "health code" in advance to cooperate with the inspection. Wear a mask when entering the station, take your temperature, and show the staff a valid "health code" green code before entering the station. "Health code" yellow code or red code personnel are not allowed to enter the station, according to the relevant provisions.

2. The original green registration channel was temporarily stopped. Old people, children passengers who don't have smart phones or other passengers who can't skillfully use mobile phones can report online by their family members to generate a "health code", which can be produced by their family members or printed in color into paper for later use (the "health code" printed in color must be displayed as a green code and printed within 7 days).

3. Passengers who can't light the code can ask their community to issue relevant instructions or boarding certificates, and show them to the staff when entering the station.

All units and individuals within the territory of People's Republic of China (PRC) must accept the investigation, inspection, sample collection and isolation treatment of infectious diseases by disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions, and provide relevant information truthfully. Disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions shall not disclose relevant information and materials involving personal privacy.

Where the administrative department of health and other relevant departments, disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions illegally implement administrative management or prevention and control measures and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of units and individuals, the relevant units and individuals may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring a lawsuit according to law.
