People with an asterisk in the itinerary code must be quarantined for 7 days and monitored at home for 7 days after returning home. During the period of centralized isolation, home nucleic acid testing should be carried out, and during the period of home health monitoring, it is necessary to go to the hospital for nucleic acid testing.
2. If there is a middle-high risk area in the township street, we will implement 14+7 epidemic prevention and control measures after returning to Luohe, that is, 14 days of centralized isolation +7 days of home health monitoring.
3. If your place does not belong to the medium-high risk area, but belongs to the same county-level area as the published medium-high risk area, report to the destination community village three days before returning, provide travel information, and implement 14-day home isolation medical observation measures after arriving in Luohe.
4. The specific implementation policies shall be implemented by each district. It is recommended to consult the village community where the destination is located before returning to China. After returning to Luohe, prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid detection and health monitoring should be implemented according to the requirements of community villages.
