In order to improve the management environment of skilled talents, especially high-skilled talents, and continuously improve the scientific management level of appraisal work, we have updated the management system software twice, which not only improves the work efficiency, but also provides an effective platform for the management of high-skilled talents. Ansteel, Shougang and Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. have basically realized computer management, and the registration, training, arrangement of examination rooms, implementation of assessment and final registration of assessment results are completely solved on the local area network. The practice of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is to give full play to the function of the computer and publish the relevant contents of the training on the Internet, so that students can review their studies at any time, and these hours are included in the total training hours. Establishing a qualified appraiser team is one of the keys of appraisal work, which is directly related to the quality of appraisal work. As the leading enterprises in various regions, state-owned iron and steel enterprises must focus on how to collect, sort out and analyze the information of skilled personnel in this industry and this enterprise, so as to meet the requirements of the new situation for the training of skilled personnel. Therefore, with the strong support and help of higher authorities, our center hired experts to redesign the information management software for skilled personnel according to the requirements of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the characteristics and needs of metallurgical industry. The software greatly improves the work efficiency, is flexible and simple to operate, collects comprehensive information, is conducive to classification, statistics, analysis, comparison and use, and is a powerful platform and assistant for enterprise human resource planning and management. As a statistical organization with the largest, most comprehensive and accurate information on skilled talents in metallurgical industry, one of the tasks of our center is to study the working goal and realization method of higher information statistics according to the requirements of "Research on the Development Strategy of Talents in China Iron and Steel Industry" during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, combined with the demand for skilled talents for industrial upgrading and technological progress in the iron and steel industry during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period. Further improve the infrastructure of information work, do a good job in collecting, sorting out and verifying the basic data of information resources development and utilization, ensure accuracy, and make our information data become high-quality information products.

The construction of industry demonstration training base is organized and led by the center, focusing on demonstrating the training mode, training content, training method and training effect of high-skilled talents, and continuously improving the quality of high-skilled talents training; Highlight the high standard of training equipment and the advanced level of training, and build a public platform to provide high-skill training and appraisal services for the whole industry. The center selects engineering technicians and excellent teachers from the production line to teach, and selects high-skilled talents with rich practical experience as training instructors, so that students can learn new knowledge and master hard skills through formal training. In order to do this work well, it is necessary to establish a high-skilled talent development fund. The fund adheres to the principle of taking from the people and using it for the people. It is mainly used to organize industry experts to conduct special investigations, exchange experiences, visit and study, etc. You can also reward outstanding enterprise appraisal stations to arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in appraisal work, and use the exemplary role of advanced units to drive and promote the appraisal work of the whole industry.
