What if Huawei watches can't be connected to mobile phones?

For Android phones, please download the latest version of Huawei Health App through Huawei Application Market, and use Huawei Health App to connect with the watch. Pairing connection cannot be made directly in the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone.

Please download the latest version of Huawei Health App from the Apple App Store. Please pair in the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone first, and then connect with the watch using Huawei Health App.

Please make sure that the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on, and the distance between the mobile phone and the watch is within the Bluetooth coverage.

If the watch is connected to another mobile phone, and the watch device cannot be searched when Bluetooth is connected, please disconnect the other mobile phone from the watch first, and then click to pair the new mobile phone on the watch.

Check the Bluetooth list of the mobile phone system. If the watch is displayed in a paired device, please ignore the watch and delete the pairing record.

Please check whether the location permission or GPS permission of the mobile phone is turned on and set >; Location rights in application management > sports health > open location or rights management (specific mobile phone settings may be different).

Press and hold the key on the watch, choose to restart the watch and try pairing again.

Uninstall and reinstall Huawei Health App, and then try pairing again.

Restore the watch to the factory settings, wait a few seconds after the watch restarts, and then try to connect it in pairs. To restore the factory settings, click the key on the watch, and then select Settings > System Menu > Restore Factory Settings.

If the above methods can't be solved, please try to change the pairing connection between the mobile phone and the watch.
