Sperm is filamentous after being diluted with water. Why?

Good evening. Semen contains a lot of amino acids and spermine, which is weakly alkaline. When it meets water, it will hydrolyze and decompose the alkaline components in semen, which will make it feel astringent and form wire drawing flocculation. If diluted with cold tap water, it will be more obvious. Metal cations such as calcium, magnesium and zinc contained in hard water will precipitate spermine. Please refer to as appropriate.
