Advocacy refers to policy support, the recognition of health measures by all sectors of society, the adjustment of service direction by health departments, and the stimulation of social participation, thus creating favorable social, economic, cultural and environmental conditions. Empowerment means that people can control decisions and behaviors that affect their health, thus helping to ensure that everyone enjoys equal opportunities for medical care and resources. Coordination refers to the interests and actions of individuals, communities, health institutions, social and economic departments, governments and non-governmental organizations in health promotion, forming a strong alliance and social support system, and working together to achieve health goals.
