Yu Kang, a clinical nutrition expert, is the deputy chief physician and associate professor of the Clinical Nutrition Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, the deputy director of the Clinical Nutrition Society of Beijing Branch of Chinese Medical Association, the member of the Health Risk Assessment and Control Committee of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, the member of the Clinical Nutrition Branch of China Nutrition Society, and the chairman of the Nutrition Committee of China Cuisine Association; Executive Director of Beijing Health Education Association, Editors of China Clinical Nutrition, Chinese Health Management, Food Safety and Health Consultant, Diabetes World, and Consultants of Diabetes New World, Popular Medicine and Longevity.
