In order to further promote the rectification and implementation of the activities of striving for Excellence and the construction of grass-roots party organizations, combined with the work deployment of the party branch in our community, I conducted a self-examination and analysis based on the "Five Leads" and personal work practice, which are summarized as follows:
First, there are shortcomings:
(A) the study of political theory is not deep enough.
(B) the purpose of the service is not strong enough.
(3) Business learning is not deep enough and promotion is slow.
Second, the reason analysis
Insufficient understanding of the importance of strengthening learning; Learning is not solid, initiative and consciousness are not enough, which makes the renewal of one's own ideas lag behind. The ideological roots lie in: First, theoretical study is not placed in an important position, and learning is one-sided, which is a concrete manifestation of the immaturity of political theory. Second, theory and practice are "two skins", ignoring the study of important thoughts, being satisfied with memorizing several important conclusions, lacking systematic and regular in-depth study, analyzing problems from the standpoint of Marxism-Leninism, and lacking the ability to understand and solve problems with Theory of Three Represents Theory.
(2) The task of community work is busy and the workload is heavy, sometimes exceeding the limit that the body can bear. At this time, you can't always keep a warm attitude towards your colleagues, especially when you have a little more work at hand and are busy, the public servant consciousness of service will be weakened, and you can't really think about the masses and worry about them. Without a deep understanding of the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, the consciousness of serving the masses will be weak.
(3) At work, progress is slow. Lack of courage to continue climbing, perseverance and perseverance to study hard, study and innovate, and lack of previous tenacity.
Third, the rectification measures
(1) Strengthen the study of political theory and improve the cultivation of party spirit.
Earnestly strengthen the study of political theory, especially the ideological content of Marxism–Leninism, Theory of Three Represents and Scientific Outlook on Development, enhance the consciousness of party spirit exercise, and further clarify the direction of progress. Clear up the vague understanding in your mind and deeply realize that only when you are sober and firm in theory can you remain sober and firm in politics. Learning is not only the accumulation of general knowledge, but also a major issue in the transformation of world outlook. Knowing that the theoretical level has improved, the ability to see problems will also improve, and the working ability will also improve. Only by studying political theory hard can we establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and ensure the advanced nature and purity of party member.
(B) establish a "people-oriented" service concept.
Adhering to people-oriented is an important embodiment of the party's advanced nature. In the work, we should adhere to people-oriented as the starting point and the end result of the work. We should always put the interests of the broad masses of the people first, care about the safety and warmth of residents with responsibility and affection, pay attention to the physical and mental health of the people, and strive to solve specific problems that affect their actual interests. Strengthen community business training and job analysis. Popularize good learning methods to everyone and promote the improvement of overall service quality.
(3) Improve business level and strive for success.
In order to satisfy the leaders and the masses with residents' service, we must keep pace with the times and forge ahead. As a party member, you must take the lead and do your best. Perhaps the most ordinary, critical and difficult time is the time to test your party spirit principle and ideological realm; As long as you are diligent, hard-working, open and aboveboard, stick to the truth, keep a good attitude, don't be discouraged, don't back down, don't give up on yourself, and don't complain about others, you will always be recognized by organizations, society and the masses. We should adhere to the never-ending learning spirit and improve our professional level by going up a storey still higher. Never too old to learn, give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party member, form a joint force, and promote the overall improvement of the whole community.
