Contents of healthy physical fitness

1. Body composition: that is, the percentage of various components in the human body. Keeping the body composition in the normal percentage range is of great significance for preventing some chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and arteriosclerosis.

2. Muscle strength and muscle endurance: Muscle strength is the maximum strength that muscles can produce, and muscle endurance is the ability of muscles to continuously contract, which is the basis for normal work of the body.

3. Cardiopulmonary endurance: Also known as aerobic endurance, it is the foundation of the body's long-term work and is considered to be the most important factor of healthy physique.

4. Soft quality: the maximum range of motion of knuckles without pain. It is of great significance for maintaining human sports ability and preventing sports injuries.

5. Instantaneous strength: refers to reaction time, which is a comprehensive expression of other physical abilities (speed, reaction time, muscle strength, agility and coordination). Good response time, good crisis handling ability.
