1. The processing method of health food business license is as follows:
(1) Apply to the local industrial and commercial department for the name pre-approval notice, that is, determine the name of the store;
(2) Apply to the local county-level food and drug administration for a health care product business license;
(3) The materials required for continuing to apply for the business license of individual industrial and commercial households in the industrial and commercial department after obtaining the business license of health products are: the original and photocopy of ID card, the copy of the property right certificate or land certificate of the store, the original and photocopy of the lease contract, the photo of the certificate 1 piece, and the original and photocopy of the business license of health products;
(4) Within 30 days after obtaining the business license, go through the tax registration certificate with the local local tax and national tax authorities.
2. Legal basis: Article 14 of the Measures for the Administration of Health Foods.
Before the production of health food, the food production enterprise must apply to the local provincial health administrative department, and the production can only be carried out after the approval of the provincial health administrative department and the addition of "XX health food" licensing items in the applicant's health license. When applying for the production of health food, the following materials must be submitted:
(1) A valid hygiene license for food production and operation issued by the health administrative department directly under its jurisdiction;

(3) enterprise standards of health food, hygiene standards of production enterprises and formula instructions formulated by production enterprises;
(4) For technology transfer or cooperative production, a valid technology transfer or cooperative production contract signed with the holder of the health food approval certificate shall be submitted;
(5) Introduction of production conditions, production technicians and quality assurance system;
(6) Quality and hygiene inspection reports of three batches of products.
