Persons (including asymptomatic infected persons) who have stayed in the prefecture-level cities (prefectures and leagues) where the confirmed cases are located within 14 days, who plan to come to Tibet (return) at the first stop of Naqu, must have a negative report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and conduct 1 time nucleic acid test at the nearest place as soon as possible according to the principle of territorial management. If the result is negative, be a good person. If there is no negative report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, according to the principle of territorial management, two nucleic acid tests must be carried out nearby (24 hours apart). Before the nucleic acid test results come out, it is necessary to concentrate on isolated observation and wait for the test results. If the result is negative, you can use healthy green code to flow orderly under the premise of personal protection. People who have lived in the prefecture-level city (prefecture, state and league) where the confirmed case is located within 14 days and have been within the scope of our city must be tested for 1 nucleic acid in the local area at the first time, and the result is negative. They can move in an orderly way with healthy green codes on the premise of personal protection.

Strictly check the health code and travel code for those who have lived in the middle-risk area for 14 days and the first stop in Tibet is Naqu (the health code of travel code is yellow code), persuade those who have found the yellow code to return on the spot, and prohibit the relevant personnel from moving in this area. For those who have lived in the middle-risk area within 0/4 days in our city/KLOC-(the travel code and health code are in yellow), the "7+7" (centralized isolation for 7 days, health monitoring at home for 7 days, health monitoring without residence in our city in an isolated place) shall be strictly implemented according to the principle of territorial management and first station responsibility, and isolation observation and monitoring shall be conducted at 65438+.

Strictly check the health code and travel code, and persuade people in red team to return on the spot. Relevant personnel are prohibited from flowing in this area. For those who have lived in high-risk areas within 14 days (travel code and health code are red) in our city, we will strictly implement "14+7" (14 days for centralized isolation, 7 days for home health monitoring, and the health monitoring without residence in our city will be carried out in isolated places) according to the principle of territorial management and first station responsibility. The results of nucleic acid detection were negative on 1, 4, 7, 10, 14 and 1 7 days of health monitoring. After the isolation is lifted, it can flow orderly under the premise of personal protection.
5, 14 days without living outside the area (not out of Tibet), with the health green code, it can flow in an orderly manner under the premise of personal protection.
6. Those who come (return) to Tibet whose first stop in Tibet is not in Naqu shall provide nucleic acid detection and relevant certificates issued by the first stop. If they have no suspected symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste) and diarrhea, they will not repeat the nucleic acid test.
7. Please ask the general public in the city to earnestly fulfill their personal responsibilities and obligations for epidemic prevention and control, abide by the relevant provisions on epidemic prevention and control, and consciously implement prevention and control measures such as frequent hand washing, frequent ventilation, no gathering, keeping social distance above 1 m, and wearing masks when traveling. At the same time, do not listen to rumors, do not believe rumors, and do personal protection before and during travel in other provinces. After returning to Naqu, I suggest taking the initiative to do nucleic acid.

All hotels, hotels, homestays and other units in the city that provide accommodation places must take temperature measurements, check health codes and travel codes of all check-in passengers, and those who enter (return to) high-risk areas and Naqu, the city where the epidemic occurred, should report to the epidemic office in time and cooperate with the implementation of relevant control measures.
