Now that there are more and more nursing homes, what impact will it have on young people?

In the traditional culture of China, there has always been a traditional idea of "providing for the elderly", which has been circulated for thousands of years. Taken together, China people have a high sense of crisis in old age, and the resulting concepts of "raising children to prevent old age" are also enduring. Until modern society, they met the post-90s generation.

They will not accept the centralized management of traditional nursing homes. It is very likely that several elderly people with the same hobbies live in the apartment for the elderly, take care of each other in life, play mahjong together and play VR games together! By then, medical staff will be on the move and visit the elderly regularly. Only people with mobility difficulties will live in centralized nursing homes!

For the post-90s generation, everyone is more or less biased, or thinks they are selfish or arrogant. In short, as the generation with the largest number of only children, the post-90 s generation is bound to have different ideas from other generations, and so is the issue of providing for the elderly.

So, I asked my cousin after 90 on this question, and her idea was this:

I don't want my children to suffer the same pain.

Therefore, my cousin vowed not to let her children live this life. Home-based care for the aged will also be promoted more and more; Part of it should be social support for the elderly. A group of like-minded retired friends * * * rent in the same community or a compound, usually go out to play together, cook and play cards together, but it also needs to be a healthy person. People who can't take care of themselves still need nursing homes and home care.

On the issue of supporting the elderly, the young couple agreed to be independent and never depend on their children. Cousin said that it is normal for the older generation to have the concept of "raising children to prevent old age", but young parents can't go on like this, otherwise it will drag down their children. What should be considered is not the current 30+ people, but the current 40+ and 50+ people. They may prefer to go back to their hometown, live with people who are familiar with the environment, and live with their children from time to time. There may be fewer nursing homes in the future, but it will become a combination of community pension and family pension.

As for nursing homes, it depends on the development of the mechanism in the future. If the facilities and environment are still not perfect, it is better to live at home.
