Four-in-one health management measures

Four-in-one health management, that is, issuing health notice, conducting health inquiry, checking health code and conducting nucleic acid detection. The state implements the policy of giving priority to prevention, combining prevention with control, classified management, relying on science and relying on the masses in the prevention and control of infectious diseases. Infectious diseases are diseases caused by various pathogens, which can spread between people and animals or between people and animals. Most pathogens are microorganisms, and a few are parasites. Parasites are also called parasitic diseases. Some infectious diseases, epidemic prevention departments must grasp their incidence in a timely manner and take timely countermeasures. Therefore, it is necessary to report to the local epidemic prevention department in time after discovery. This is called a legal infectious disease.

Article 13

People's governments at all levels organize mass health activities, carry out health education on the prevention of infectious diseases, advocate civilized and healthy lifestyles, improve the public's awareness and ability to cope with infectious diseases, strengthen environmental sanitation construction, and eliminate the harm of vectors such as rats, mosquitoes and flies.

The administrative departments of agriculture, water conservancy and forestry of the people's governments at all levels are responsible for guiding and organizing the elimination of rodents and schistosomiasis hazards in farmland, lakes, rivers, pastures and forest areas, as well as the hazards of other animals and vectors that spread infectious diseases.

The administrative departments of railways, transportation and civil aviation shall be responsible for organizing the elimination of rodents, mosquitoes, flies and other vectors in vehicles and related places.
