Improve the laws and standards related to food safety, formulate compatible, systematic, advanced and practical quality standards and related technical standards, and accelerate the pace of international integration.
2. Intensify the crackdown. We must persist in discovering, cracking down on and cracking down on acts of counterfeiting in food. It is necessary to severely crack down on illegal activities such as counterfeiting and selling fakes, so that counterfeiters feel pain and lose all their money.
It is necessary to control food pollution from the source, production, circulation, sales and other links, increase the punishment and crackdown on responsible enterprises and responsible persons related to food safety incidents, and form a high-pressure situation so that lawless elements dare not take risks.
3. Improve the detection ability. Some foods look fresh, but in fact many indicators are several times higher than the standard. To solve the food safety problem, we must first find the enemy and attack the enemy. Whether it is source management, market access, product sampling or import and export control, there must be corresponding testing methods.
Legal basis: Article 6 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law states that local people's governments at or above the county level are responsible for food safety supervision and management in their respective administrative areas, uniformly lead, organize and coordinate food safety supervision and management and food safety emergency response in their respective administrative areas, and establish and improve the whole process food safety supervision and management mechanism and information sharing mechanism.
The local people's governments at or above the county level shall, in accordance with this Law and the provisions of the State Council, determine the responsibilities of the food and drug supervision and administration, health administrative departments and other relevant departments at the corresponding level. The relevant departments shall be responsible for the supervision and management of food safety within the scope of their respective duties.
The food and drug supervision and administration department of the people's government at the county level may set up agencies in towns or specific areas.
