Happy exercise makes health grow with me.

Sports grew with me.

I like sports very much. Sports bring me infinite happiness. Some people say, "Life lies in exercise." I quite agree with this sentence, because exercise is like a drop of dew, which is sprinkled on my heart and grows with me.

When I was very young, I was deeply attracted by sports, but I didn't know what sports were at that time. It's just that the car that brought me infinite joy in my childhood still lingers in my hazy memory, and the crisp laughter echoes in my mind for a long time. . . . . .

When I was in primary school, I liked running very much. When the school sports meeting was held, I won the first place in running. One by one, I will take part in the winter long-distance running every year, and I will be in the top ten.

When I was in the fifth grade, I fell in love with basketball unconsciously and played basketball with my classmates and friends every day. When I first started playing basketball, I was even incoherent about the ball and my shooting skills were unfamiliar.

When I was in junior high school, I was reluctant to run, so I joined the school track and field team and ran 10 km every morning. I persisted for a semester, so my endurance was greatly improved and I became the best runner in our class. Physical education taught me to keep doing everything well.

Sports grew up with me, NBA stars became my idols, and basketball naturally became an indispensable part of my sports career. Then I joined the basketball team. Every afternoon, my friends and I gather on the basketball court, standing on the hot earth baked by the sun, running together, leapfrog, running with the ball in disguise and dribbling it down. . . . . . Sweat soaked clothes, sweat dripped into our eyes, and our faces were "spoiled" like flower cats. We study the coach's movements meticulously, and we share the happiness in sports and form a strong friendship. I am the shortest player in the team, but I haven't given up my dream of basketball, because I know there is no shortcut to success, only hard work.

I like sports. Sports make my life rich and colorful, with more happiness, more confidence and more friendship. The sports meeting has always accompanied me to grow old!

I exercise, I am healthy, I am happy!
