Dai, female, researcher and doctoral supervisor, enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council. 1969 graduated from the Pediatrics Department of Shanghai Second Medical University, 198 1 obtained a master's degree in pediatrics from China Academy of Medical Sciences. He is the first master of child health care in China after the Cultural Revolution, and his tutor is Professor Xue, who is known as the founder of child health care in China. She studied at the University of Adelaide in Australia and the University of Washington in the United States. 1970- 1978 worked in Yulin Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Yulin Health Bureau and Yulin County Hospital, Shaanxi Province respectively. 198 1, worked in the Institute of Pediatrics of China Academy of Medical Sciences and the Capital Institute of Pediatrics, and was gradually promoted to assistant researcher, associate researcher and researcher. At present, he is the director of China Children's Health Disease Prevention and Control Guidance Center, the director of the World Health Organization Children's Health Cooperation Center, and the chairman of the Children's Health Branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association.

Invited by the headquarters of the World Health Organization, he served as a member of the Executive Committee of WHO experts on child and adolescent health and development, and served as a temporary consultant for many times. At present, the scientific research projects undertaken by the Ministry of Health, the World Health Organization and UNICEF are mainly cooperative projects, such as "integrated management of childhood diseases", "feeding and nutrition of children" and "integrated development of young children".
