How soon can I get a health certificate?

1. It takes 2 to 7 days to get a health certificate, and you can get it in a week at the latest. Laborers engaged in operations exposed to occupational hazards shall undergo health examination before taking up their posts, and if they meet the requirements, they shall be issued with health certificates. Health certificate is the proof of preventive health examination, which proves that workers have the health quality of employment.

2. The health certificate is a certificate that employees engaged in nursery institution conservation, food production and operation, public services, medical and health services, etc. must hold. It is mainly used to detect typhoid fever, active tuberculosis, dysentery or other infectious diseases. It must be checked once a year.

Documents required to obtain a health certificate:

Bring your ID card and two one-inch bareheaded color photos, and go to the relevant departments (centers for disease control and prevention or health institutions approved by the Ministry of Health to undertake preventive health checkups) to ask the staff about the specific process first. Generally, I will go to the form collection office to get the form, fill in the basic personal information, post photos (in some places, I will take photos for free, and ask myself), then I will go to the price-drawing office to draw the price, and then I will pay the medical examination fee at the payment office (the fees vary from place to place, and the medical examination fee in Beijing is 63 yuan).

In the occupational health examination, the employing unit shall truthfully provide the following relevant materials required for the occupational health examination and bear the inspection expenses:

(a) the basic situation of the employer;

(two) the types of occupational hazards in the workplace and the list of contact personnel, positions (or jobs) and contact time;

(3) Relevant information such as regular detection of occupational hazard factors in the workplace.

Article 15 of the Measures for the Administration of Occupational Health Examination

The occupational health examination institution shall, within 30 working days after the end of the occupational health examination, inform the employer in writing of the results of the occupational health examination, including the employee's personal occupational health examination report and the employer's occupational health examination summary report, and the employer shall inform the employee in writing of the results of the employee's personal occupational health examination and the suggestions of the occupational health examination institution.
