Some parents find it difficult, perhaps because there is no one to look after them at home, perhaps because there are too many homework assignments, or because children are too lazy to do their homework. It's hard to go out for two hours during the day anyway.
Actually, I still didn't notice. During the epidemic, many children around us were nearsighted. One is that there are too many online classes and homework, and the other is that there are too few outdoor activities.
I just learned that my child is nearsighted, and my parents' regrets and guilt are beyond words.
Many things don't mean to do or not, but must be done. This condition is whether you value it or not.
It's easy to do it outdoors for 2 hours every day.
Coco finished the last online class in the morning and went out to play for about 1 hour, mainly swinging with his brother in the community and playing casually.
Do homework after lunch, play with building blocks and jump rope during the break. Go out to play after online class 16 1-2 hours. Sometimes I ride a bike with my children, play a balance car, or chat with my big sister and play house.
Not to mention weekends, we will go out for activities in the morning, evening and evening.
Outdoor activities can protect eyes and promote children's socialization. Coco has made a few new friends, and can also encourage children to take the initiative to find interesting things, such as exploring the community by bike, or playing with watermelon worms (which will form a ball when attacked), which is fun that cannot be enjoyed at home.
Children, run and do more outdoor activities!
