1, sodium
Sodium is an essential element for human body. Lack of sodium can lead to many diseases, so sodium is very important, but you can't eat too much. Too much will cause a great burden on the body.
Common foods include pizza, take-away soup, tomato juice, cooked food, soy sauce, bacon or bacon, smoked food, pickles, fermented bean products and so on. Generally, the human body is not short of sodium, and processed food is prone to excessive sodium. Excessive use of sodium can lead to stroke and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
The daily sodium intake of ordinary adults should not exceed 2300 mg. You should eat less pickled food every day.
2. Trans fats
Common foods include hamburgers, French fries, take-away popcorn, three-in-one coffee, fried foods, cakes, doughnuts and other baked desserts. Trans fat is not good for health, nor is it a nutrient needed by human body. Eating trans fats will increase the risk of coronary heart disease.
The ingredients listed on general food labels, such as hydrogenated vegetable oil, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, hydrogenated fat, hydrogenated vegetable oil, solid vegetable oil, ghee, artificial ghee, white cream or shortening, all contain trans fats.
3. High fructose corn syrup
Common foods include soft drinks, cereals, condiments, biscuits and ice cream. This sweetener can cause obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and liver disease. The mechanism of fructose decomposition in human body is different from glucose. Fructose metabolism is independent of insulin, mainly in the liver, so it is easy to be converted into fat, which increases the prevalence of fatty liver.
Drink less cola, soda, black tea, bubble tea and other drinks. When buying food, if the food label says "fructose syrup", "fructose syrup", "liquid fructose" or "fructose", it means that the food contains "fructose syrup".
