It is the right of people's physical and mental health based on environmental resources, the right of physical and mental health based on the ecological value of environmental resources, the right of physical and mental health based on the aesthetic value of environmental resources, and a social private right. Its protection is mainly through environmental infringement and the establishment of corresponding relief measures.

Citizens, legal persons and other organizations have the right to obtain environmental information according to law and participate in and supervise environmental protection. The competent departments of environmental protection of the people's governments at all levels and other departments responsible for environmental protection supervision and management shall disclose environmental information according to law, improve the procedures for public participation, and provide convenience for citizens, legal persons and other organizations to participate in and supervise environmental protection.
