What is the filing rate of health records?

■ Performance indicators

1. Health record filing rate = number of filing persons/resident population in the jurisdiction × 100%.

2. The filing rate of electronic health records = the number of people who have established electronic health records/the number of permanent residents in the jurisdiction × 100%.

3. Utilization rate of health records = number of files with dynamic records in files/total number of files × 100%?

■ Indicator value

This indicator is expected to be gradually diluted. At present, the performance evaluation index system of residents' health records management in all parts of the country takes the filing rate of electronic health records as the quantitative index and evaluation standard, and the filing rate of electronic health records is ≥ 90%; The utilization rate of health records is ≥60%.

Note: Filing refers to filling in the cover of health records and personal basic information form, in which children aged 0-6 do not need to fill in the personal basic information form, and their basic information is filled in the Newborn Family Visit Record Form.

Records with dynamic records refer to health records that are related to patients' medical records and/or have relevant service records that meet the requirements of corresponding service specifications within 1 year.
